As we missed last year's Nickelodeon Slime Cup, this year I make sure I mark the dates down early and yesterday we went to the opening of the Nickelodeon Slime Cup 2015!
The slimiest integrated sports festival is back for the 3rd year! Presented by Singtel TV and sponsored by Pilot Pen and VITAGEN Less Sugar, with venue partner, Downtown East, the free-play event continues to promote active living through fun for kids and their families, and this year’s edition is augmented with a host of SEA Games (Southeast Asian Games)-inspired activities with Nickelodeon’s trademark green slime at Downtown East from Saturday, 6 June to Sunday, 7 June at 11am to 7pm.
|In its third edition this year, kids will now have the opportunity to participate in sports activities featured in the upcoming 28th SEA Games, represented by their favourite Nickelodeon show characters, such as “Soccer Showdown” with SpongeBob SquarePants, “Chip-py Triathlon” with Nickelodeon’s newest characters from ALVINNN!!! and the Chipmunks and “Dora’s Tee Party” from Dora and Friends: Into the City!, and “Oggy’s Shootout” with Oggy from Oggy and the Cockroaches. The unique Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Dojo Experience event will feature:
- Games and activity stations for kids from age six where they have the opportunity to test their courage, teamwork, accuracy and agility through a variety of Turtles-themed games
- Meet-and-Greet Sessions on the weekends with the different Turtles
